We pride ourselves on supporting and developing our highly skilled staff team and are committed to ensuring work-life balance. We have a Welfare Improvement Team (WIT) – a group of staff volunteers who support staff well-being. Each year we hold well-being events to say ‘Thank you’ to our staff.
