Ivel Valley Curriculum

At Ivel Valley we deliver a curriculum which is rich in opportunities and experiences, and that ensures lifelong learning.

Our curriculum is planned with the pupils’ needs is mind and is a model which supports personalised learning.

The curriculum is delivered through high quality teaching and through an understanding of each pupil’s needs.

Ruth Ellison

Ruth Ellison is the Assistant Principal responsible for curriculum.  Ruth oversees all areas of learning and works with the key stage  leaders to ensure we provide a rich curriculum tailored to our pupils’ needs.

Acting Vice-Principal Emily Sidhu is the Designated Safeguarding Lead at Ivel Valley School.  Emily’s role is to oversee safeguarding for the whole school and college, ensuring all staff are trained appropriately and engaging with external agencies where necessary.
