Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Grade: Level 2A (Special Schools) Points 4 - 5
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic teaching assistant. Although previous experience is preferred, we are looking for people with the skills, aptitude and attitude to work effectively with our pupils, all of whom have special educational needs. If you think that you fit the bill and would like to work with our fantastic children and young people please submit an application!
The successful applicant will be appointed to the whole school and you could be required to work on either site or in one of our satellite classes.
The post is a permanent full time contract and is for 32.5 hours weekly and the hours you will be required to work are 8.45 – 3.45 on a daily basis.

Teaching Assistant Apprentice - PE Department
Salary: £135 per week
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic teaching assistant apprentice. We are are looking to employ someone with the right skills and attitude to work effectively with their pupils, all of whom have special educational needs.
The successful candidate will be working closely with guidance and instructions from teaching staff, the apprentice will assist with educational activities and attend to the educational, personal and social needs of pupils in order to support their learning and development and to ensure their safety within the school. The apprentice is expected to assist in the delivery of PE lessons and also work in a class based role. See job description for full details.
